Standard furniture orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days via our specialized white-glove logistics partners.
Do you offer international shipping for garden decor?
Currently, Luxus Home and Garden ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to Europe and Australia in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my Luxus outdoor teak furniture?
To maintain the golden hue of your teak, we recommend annual cleaning with mild soap and a light application of teak oil. If left untreated, it will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-grey patina.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Luxus Home and Garden products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
