At Luxus Home and Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture or garden accessory doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup service; for smaller garden accessories, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
